Track Inserts

Made out of marine grade starboard; the finest material available that will not warp, crack, peel, or change its color.

The insert provides a clean surface when inserted into the mounting track that allows a combination of uses; acts as a step pad upon entering and exiting the boat,  also protects the inside of the track when fishing equipment is not in use, and transforms the boat back into a pleasure craft.

The inserts improved design utilizes a coated brass insert pressed into the starboard, ensuring a secure holding power, when snugging the screws to hold in place

Backing Plate

For use with tracks that hold downriggers, including trolling bars, if the boat's hull is thin.  

Backing plates are usually not needed for longer tracks because the length of the track distributes the weight.  If necessary,  3" lengths can be placed below each hole pattern.  (5 on 36" & 48" tracks, 7 on 60" tracks, & 8 on 72" tracks)

Gimbal Mount

Traxstech's pre-drilled and tapped Gimbal Mounts allow easy installation of Cannon, Fishlander, Big Jon, Scotty, Penn and Walker downriggers.

The uniqueness of adapting fishing equipment to a gimbal mount allows an easy installation. When not in use; it can be removed to return the boat to its original condition.

Please reference your boat's owners manual if you're unsure about the angle of the flush mounts.
