Order Changes or CancelationsOnce an order has been processed, changes or cancelations may not be possible. Contact us & we will let you know if it can be done or not.
Multiple quantities of items that result in oversize package(s) (heavy and/or large equipment, etc.) will be manually charged additional shipping to cover actual shipping costs. You will be notified in advance of these charges.
International Orders - Shipping paid is only for actual shipping charges. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees are paid upon delivery. We have found that UPS charges high fees & the Postal Service is recommended, when possible.
Customer must contact us via email within 7 days for a return authorization prior to any return. Please be sure to indicate your name, whether it is an exchange or return, the item(s), & the reason(s). Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in advance to receive any item(s) back that are returned to us without a return authorization.
If customer doesn't want or misorders:
Fishing Tackle: Unopened can be returned for a merchandise credit of purchase price only; except for custom orders - no return.
Fishing Equipment: Must be returned in original packaging & new condition for a refund of purchase price only. If either condition is not met, return may be refused or a restock fee up to 20% will be charged.
Big Papa Items:
Return/Exchange for manufacturer defect or if we make a mistake:
All items must be in new condition & received within 30 days of the date of the return authorization. Items should be returned in their original packaging & have all tags still attached, if originally included. Item(s) that show damage other than from manufacturer defects will not be refunded & buyer pays shipping in advance to receive item(s) back.
Restocking fees, non-return of shipping/handling charges, & any additional fees incurred by us applies to orders returned due to incorrectly provided address.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
Any return sent to us not in accordance with this policy will be refused; or if the package gets opened, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in advance to receive any item(s) back.
