Thumbscrew Permanent Mount

Double, triple, or quad crossplates can be attached for multiple rod holders.  (Crossplate purchased separately.)

This thumbscrew mount is for use with single rod holders on a crossplate and comes with two separate pieces. The crossplate will mount to the top piece and the bottom piece will mount directly to the gunnel. The two pieces are secured together by two thumbscrews and can be easily disassembled for removal/storage from the gunnel.

The dimensions of the base are 3" x 4" and is machined from solid aluminum and clear anodized finish. Thumbscrews secure into 1/4-20 threaded holes.  Has a 2" riser

Gimbal Mount

Double, triple, or quad crossplates can be attached for multiple rod holders.  (Crossplate purchased separately.)

Adjusts to angle up to 33° and rotates to any position to suit your needs. When you have the unit in position simply tighten down the two 5/16" hex screws on the front side. To ensure that our gimbal mount will NEVER slip we also include a set screw on the back side of the mount (as shown in the pictures to the right). After the two hex screws are tightened drive the set screw into the top knurled ball of the mount and you are ready to fish!

The pole and gimbal mount are machined from solid aluminum and are machine matched from billet aluminum from first to last process. It is designed for use with double, triple and quad plates, as well as for downriggers. The view and/or print installation instructions please click here.

Quick Release Mount

The bottom (or gunnel) piece will mount directly to the gunnel and the top piece will slide onto it. The brass plunger secures it into place. A machined aluminum stop ensures that the unit cannot go any further outboard than the gunnel plate.

This mount incorporates the gimbal and quick release mount to create a sleek looking and versatile unit. The quick release mount attaches to the top of the gimbal mount so that the rod holders can be easily removed from the unit.

The gimbal mount will adjust to any angle up to 33° and will rotate to any position. This will ensure that the user can get the mount positioned exactly how they want it. When the mount is in its final position the customer should apply as much force as possible to the hex screws which lock the unit in place.
