Embroidery Sizes:

Chest, sleeve or hat are considered small designs
Center front or back are considered large designs

Recommended Text Heights:  

1/2" to 1" for Chest or Sleeve   
1" to 4" for Center Front or Back

Maximum Size Limits for design & text together:  

4 1/2" for Chest & Sleeve 
3" high x 6" wide for Structured Hat Front; 2 1/2" high x 6" wide for Unstructured Hat Front
10 3/4" for Center Front or Back  
Space between design & lines of lettering must be added to the total.  (Space is usually 1/2 the height of the lettering.)

The number of letters that will fit depends upon the height of the design & letters.  Every effort will be made to make your words fit.  You will be contacted concerning any changes.

After adding Line 1 to the shopping cart, click the Continue Shopping button to return to this page to order the Line 2.
If more than 1 item has been ordered & the same embroidery will be on them, multiply the # of characters by the number of items & put that number in the Total # of characters box.
If desired location is not listed, choose "Other" and specify location in "Special Instructions".  Make sure location is same as design location.
If chosen font has more than 1 color (1"-4" high), be sure to select multi-color when choosing letter height.
